Stada Asia holds 75% share of Stada Pharmaceuticals (Beijing) Ltd.
STADA BJ is a company active in the Chinese market is the manufacture and sales company. It was established in 2002 (BCP), sales in China since 1993.
 
In 2005 STADA Asia acquired 58% of the shares in Chinese pharmaceutical producer Beijing Center-Lab Pharmaceutical Company Ltd. (BCP) and its associated sales activities. In May 2006, the company name BCP was changed to STADA Pharmaceuticals (Beijing) Ltd.
 
STADA BJ Possesses GMP requirements of the plant and facilities, advanced production equipment and analytical instruments and high-quality professional and technical personnel, Production of dosage forms including tablets, capsules, granules, syrup, oral solution dose, suspension, lotion, suppository, ointment, aerosol sprays, aerosols, etc. And built a strong sales organization in the major cities of China with a commercial network throughout the vast and emerging second and third tier cities. STADA BJ provides an excellent platform for STADA products in the Chinese and international market.

Health Vision Enterprise is a registered entity in Hong Kong with various subsidiaries in China. The company’s principal activities are developing, marketing, and commercializing pharmaceutical products in China.
