Composition
APO-go Pre-filled Syringe (PFS): Apomorphine HCl 5 mg / ml, 10ml (50mg)
APO-go Ampule: Apomorphine HCl 10 mg / ml, 5ml (50mg) and 2ml (20mg)
APO-go Pen: Apomorphine 10mg / ml., 3ml
Excipients: Sodium metabisulfite (E223); Hydrochloric acid (37%) or Sodium Hydroxide and Water for injection
Indication
Indicated for the treatment of disabling motor fluctuations (“on”-“off” phenomena) in patients with Parkinson’s disease which persist despite individually titrated treatment with levodopa and/or other dopamine agonists.
